LA Lakers squander 17-point lead against Indiana

The Los Angeles Lakers gave up a possible sixth win from the past seven games in the National Basketball Association (NBA) at the last second.

In the 115:116 against the Indiana Pacers, the NBA record champions gambled away a 17-point lead in the last quarter on Monday.

Andrew Nembhard’s shot for the win with the clock running out was the only Pacers lead of the second half.

Boston Celtics continue winning streak

The Boston Celtics continued their winning streak at the top of the Eastern Conference. The 140:105 against the Charlotte Hornets was the fourth win in a row, the last nine games were won in front of a home crowd.

The top teams in the West also achieved victories. League leader Phoenix Suns defeated the Sacramento Kings 122-117, and the Denver Nuggets defeated the Houston Rockets 129-113.
