After this event took place with great enthusiasm last year, it was essential that it be repeated. Appropriately for the dark season and Halloween, the judo department of SC Hemmoor again organized a “ghost” hour on the judo mat in the pitch-dark sports hall. Illuminated only by black lights and with neon colored markings, the feeling on the mat was completely different. The white judo suits glowed and it appeared as if the suit was moving alone as the bodies were indistinct. The unfamiliar atmosphere was something special for all judoka big and small, everyone tried out the judo throws in the spooky optics and fun and games were not neglected. Like last year, there were guests from SC Diamant Stade, with whom a good working relationship is cultivated. In the late evening everyone went home exhausted but happy.
