It’s magic with the children of Chaingy, Épieds-en-Beauce and Ouzouer-le-Marché

Chaingy. The children of Chaingy, Epieds and Ouzouer, graduates in magic. During the Toussaint holidays, the Chaingy leisure center welcomed around a hundred children. Friday, for the last day, he invited two other leisure facilities from the Community of Municipalities of the Lands of the Loire Valley. The eighty children from the Épieds-en-Beauce and Ouzouer-le-Marché centers thus joined their seventy friends from Chaingy.

In the morning, everyone made a mask and played basketball, hockey, archery or badminton in the gym before spending time in the library.

For Isabelle Tardits, the manager of the Chaingy leisure centre, this initiative, a first, allowed the activity teams to meet, discuss their practice and the children of the two other towns to discover different spaces.

In the afternoon, a pleasant surprise awaited the children in the village hall: a theatrical magic show, created by actress Natacha Hébert, from the Petit à Petit company.

Natacha-Léa is still an apprentice magician and therefore passed her magician’s exam on the stage of the village hall, helped by the little magic assistants from the three leisure centres. Together they overcame the difficult ordeal of the rabbit and, united in the same clamor, pronounced the magic formula that allowed the red scarf to change from the closed envelope to the juicy orange.
