The martial arts club, team Choquet was in the spotlight this past weekend, on the occasion of the traditional judo world cup World cup judo WIBK, in Geneva, Switzerland, where it competed under the colors of his club.
The young Viganais Ismaël Choquet took part in this competition after being selected by the National Federation Mix fighting system and its lifelong training club, the Team Choquet martial arts school, based in Aulas.
The young Viganais won his fights against an Italian, a German, an Algerian, and finally in the final against a Swiss.
The club, his coaches, Hayette and Laurent Choquet, his parents, as well as the whole country of Vigane, and even far beyond were all behind this champion.
Ishmael became WIBK Judo World Champion, rewarding all his hard work and intensive training. A big congratulations to him and good luck to the very young champion.
