Golden Knights and Devils extend their winning streaks

The Las Vegas team has won 12 out of 14 games at the beginning of the season and will go to the Buffalo Sabers team represented by Zemgus Girgensons with an eight-game winning streak. The Sabers were once represented by Jack Eikel, one of the leaders of the Golden Knights attack.

Meanwhile, the “Devils” prevailed over the Calgary “Flames” at home with a score of 3:2.

Eight minutes before the end of regular time, Niko Hischiers scored the winning goal, ensuring “Devils” longest winning streak since February 2011.

On the other hand, in the meeting of two New York teams, the “Islanders” beat the “Rangers” 4:3, winning the seventh victory in the last eight games.

Edam Peleh, Brock Nelson and Anders Lee scored for the visitors in the third period.

In the NHL regular season, the teams will play 82 games each.
