France vs Denmark line-up: Varane Starter

Doha

In less than an hour the France vs Denmark duel will be held. Here are the line-ups of the two teams.

The duel will be held at Stadium 974, Doha, Saturday (26/11/2022) evening WIB. This is the second match between France and Denmark in Group D.

France in its first match won 4-1 over Australia and three points from Denmark will ensure tickets to the round of 16.

For this match, French coach Didier Deschamps made three changes at the back, namely Raphael Varane starting to replace Ibrahima Konate, Theo Hernandez replacing Lucas Hernandez, and Jules Kounde filling in for Benjamin Pavard.

Varane missed the first match because he had not recovered from a thigh injury and partnered Dayot Upamecano. Meanwhile, Theo filled in for his older brother who had to leave after a knee injury.

Adrien Rabiot, who made one goal and one assist in the first match, is still relied upon with Aurelien Tchouameni as a double pivot.

Both of them supported the attacking quartet Antoine Griezmann, Ousmane Dembele, Kylian Mbappe and Olivie Giroud.

From the Danish camp, Christian Eriksen is still the midfield general to support the trio of Mikkel Damsgaard, Andreas Cornelius and Jesper Lindstrom up front.
