First changes for Jorge Luis Pinto’s Deportivo Cali for the 2023 season of Colombian professional soccer, which will not participate in international competitions due to the poor performance during the 2022 campaign. The club confirmed the departure of four players, two of them who occupied a foreign quota.
“In mutual agreement with the players of our professional team, Guillermo Burdisso, Christian Mafla, Carlos Robles and Agustín Vuletich, we have terminated their contractual relationship with our institution,” says the statement published on the team’s social networks.
The document adds: “We appreciate your effort, professionalism and dedication to the Verdiblanca cause. and we wish them the greatest success in their personal and professional lives.”
Robles, a recovery midfielder, was the one who had been on the team the longest, having arrived at the beginning of 2021 from Deportes Tolima. The other three mentioned joined the club this year.
