COST launches the week of sports excellence

The Vice-President of COST, who is also Chairman of the Organizing Committee for the Week of Sports Excellence, underlines that the year 2022 has seen the participation of National Sports Federations in national and international competitions with more or less satisfactory results. but above all very encouraging because many athletes have improved their performance.

It is in this context that the COST which, in its associative mission, cannot remain on the sidelines of the efforts made by the highest authorities of the country to support the promotion and development of sport.

COST supports the government by organizing this week of sporting excellence to close the year of sport in Chad. 15 national sports federations will present activities in different sites selected across the capital: Taekwondo, Judo, Karate, Wrestling, Archery, Athletics, Basketball, Volleyball, Handball, Long tennis, Boxing, Cycling, Swimming, Baseball and Triathlon .

The best athletes and federations who will stand out for their work will be awarded during an evening of sporting excellence on December 17, 2022. Sport is a catalyst for lasting peace and social cohesion.
