BOLASPORT.COM – Gareth Bale scored Wales’ first goal at the 2022 World Cup since 64 years ago and managed to thwart the United States’ victory.

The preliminary round of Group B presents a match between the United States national team and the Wales national team.

The match took place at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium on Monday (22/11/2022) local time or early Tuesday WIB.

In that match, Gareth Bale managed to score an equalizer for Wales in the final minutes of the second half.

The goal was created when the United States defender, Walker Zimmerman, dropped Gareth Bale in the forbidden box.

Referee Abdulrahman Al Jassim also pointed to the spot and awarded a penalty to Wales.

Bale, who went down as executor, managed to carry out his duties properly and made the position 1-1.

This goal also became the Wales national team’s first score at the World Cup after 64 years.
