On Monday 7 November at 8 pm, the ‘Pool Bar’ will host the meeting ‘Training, nutrition and nutraceuticals’, open to all. Rari Nantes Imperia goes beyond the pool plan: to introduce all fans to a correct lifestyle to maximize results. Speakers will be the general director of Rari Nantes Imperia, Matteo Gai, and Lorenza Vita, expert in advanced nutraceuticals.
It will be the beginning of a path that combines sport and nutrition aiming both at improving performance and at the physical well-being of the individual. Thus involving not only the competitive sector but all people who want to keep fit.
