Steering wheel changes at the Emblavez badminton club

After 2 sporting seasons under the sign of Covid-19, the Emblavez badminton club is planning a new season with several changes at the head of the team.

The Badminton club Emblavez (BCE) held its general assembly on October 7, chaired by the duo of co-presidents Delphine Marais and Stéphane Souton, with around thirty members present.

The co-presidents first took stock of the past year by listing the various events organized by the club: youth meeting, ecofeather tournament, ecokids tournament, interclubs, reception of the Haute-Loire cup, evening and day friendly… They also wanted to thank the many active members for their commitment throughout the year. Were also mentioned the many titles won by the players of the club whether in the department but also in the neighboring departments.

Julie Souton, treasurer, drew up the financial balance sheet, recalling that the club owes its financial balance to the tournaments organized as well as to the various subsidies.

Tournaments in perspective

The prospects for the new season are to organize the new 2023 edition of the ecoplume (March 18/19) and ecokids (April 22) tournaments and to continue to offer training sessions led by Angelo Do for children every Wednesday but also for adults. who wish every 1st Monday of the month.
