The new season of “Sports for All” is launched, with a varied program of more than 190 lessons.

Activities take place from Monday to Sunday, indoors, in the pool or outdoors, and are spread over more than 30 sites across the capital. The program for young people offers around thirty activities: skateboarding, cycling, skating, zumba, breakdance, fitness gym, bodybuilding, futsal, volleyball, badminton, billiards, chess, archery, table tennis, aikido…

The sports offer for adults is just as extensive and includes more than 100 weekly classes: stretching, relaxation gym, abdominal/back gym, midday gym, parent-child gym, ski fitness, body shape, bodybuilding, water gym, aquajogging, hydrogym , jogging, Nordic walking… The program also includes more unusual activities such as discovery curling, ice skating for parents and children, field hockey, self-defense, fiesta fitness, taijiquan or qi gong. Seniors are not forgotten and can find activities for people aged 55 or over: Nordic walking, stretching, gentle gym and bodybuilding, dancing, ski gymnastics, aquagym, pétanque on ice, badminton, chess, etc.

The registration form and all the practical information are available on the website sports.vdl.lu as well as at the sports department (90, boulevard de Kockelscheuer) and at 4796-4414/15. Participation is free for young people, but registration and parental consent are required. For resident adults and seniors, the fee is 30 euros per lesson for the season, 110 euros for a full pass. These rates are doubled for residents of other municipalities. A course in the “seniors” program is offered to people aged 55 and over upon registration. Applicants for international protection can benefit from “Sports for All” free of charge, provided they are supervised by a recognized Luxembourg structure.
