Seissan Judo-Club: resumption of classes and “Pink October”

Lessons judo, taiso and self-defense resumed at the Seissan Judo-Club at the end of September, after the summer break. It is in a renovated room that the professor teaches this discipline from Japan.

Classes take place at the dojo in the Seissan village hall, rue Gambetta: Monday, from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m., for children’s judo from 6 years old and from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for adult judo; Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. for judo awakening 4-5 years old, from 5:45 p.m. to 7 p.m. 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. for self-defense. Classes are taught by Philippe Mesnard, 3rd dan.

The club participates in the campaign “Pink October 2022” by offering free self-defense classes for all women, at the judo hall, tomorrow and Wednesday, October 12 and 19, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. Information on 06.07.45.81.47.
