Roosterse takes good win in double weekend

Smashing was already an opponent against which Roosterse BC would have to book a victory if they want to compete seriously for place five and six in the ranking. And it turned out. The men’s doubles were won and the women’s doubles lost. But in the singles it went very well for Roosterse. Three out of four were won.

Lieke Maes, from South Limburg employed by Smashing, was the only one who took the singles game to Gelderland. She is definitely in good shape this season. Both mixed doubles were also won by Roosterse, meaning the team won 6-2. The team moved up to seventh place in the standings. Roosterse will play again at home against VELO on Sunday.
