“There are three things I learned in this Class B coach training course.
The first point is basketball tactics and a wide range of knowledge. It was very meaningful to gain knowledge while comparing cutting-edge ideas such as effective practice methods for shooting drills, various PnR (pick and roll) skills, and post offense and defense with those of other countries.
The second point is coaching practice with peers. In his three configurations of OPENING-BODY-CLOSING, the practical experience of not only giving players input, but also drawing awareness and learning, and deeply establishing it was very valuable. Also, it was a great learning experience to experience other categories and his B League Youth practice.
The third point is about the coaching philosophy. As a leader, and as a human being, it is a good opportunity to think about life planning as a future leader by facing one’s inner self, how one should be and what one should be. have become.
I felt that it is very important not only to learn the above, but also how to put it into practice and to disseminate it. I would like to thank my friends and developers who I learned with. Thank you very much.
