Rafael Nadal will return to Mexico for an exhibition match against Casper Ruud. The Spanish tennis player will tour Latin America in November and confirmed that he will visit the Mexico City (CDMX) for a game.
The date of the meeting and venue have not been confirmed at the moment, but it is expected that the details with the complete calendar will be reported during the following years. Meanwhile, the first meeting between the two will take place on November 23 in Buenos Aires.
Nadal consecrated himself in the Acapulco Open in February of this year, after winning in straight sets against Cameron Norrie. Now he will return in the final stretch of the year with an exhibition duel.
The last precedent of a game of this nature with a tennis legend was in 2019, when Roger Federer Alexander Zverev was measured at the CDMX Bullring.
