46 athletes from Mirandese participate in the XII South American Games Asunción 2022, a sporting event that takes place in the Paraguayan capital from October 1 to 15.
Of the 46 aurigrises, 25 are female and 21 male, who will seek to leave the country high in 16 sports disciplines such as open water, athletics, bowling, boxing, diving, canoeing, cycling, fencing, bodybuilding, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, judo, karate do, weightlifting, swimming, rugby and tennis.
In the sports event, more than 6,800 athletes from 15 countries will fight for glory in 34 sports disciplines.
Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cura cao, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela are the nations participating in the event that comes framed on the Paris 2024 Olympic route.
