MALANG, KOMPAS.com – A resident named Atoilah filed a lawsuit to the Kepanjen District Court of Malang Regency, Tuesday (10/25/2022).
In the Kepanjen District Court Case Investigation Information System page, the lawsuit that was filed was related to the Kanjuruhan Stadium tragedy, with the classification of cases against the law.

There are several defendants, namely the Director of PT Liga Indonesia Baru, the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee for the Arema FC match against Persebaya.
Then the Malang Regent, the Chief of the Indonesian National Police, and the Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces, as well as the defendants, the General Chairperson of PSSI.
Public Relations of the Kepanjen District Court, Aulia Reza Utama, confirmed the lawsuit.
Aulia admitted that she did not know for sure the profile of the plaintiff. However, he confirmed that the lawsuit made by a person named Atoilah was a civil lawsuit.

“The lawsuit is a Civil Class Action. Namely a lawsuit on behalf of a group, in this case Aremania,” he said by telephone, Friday (28/10/2022).
In the lawsuit, the plaintiff demands material and immaterial compensation in accordance with the responsibilities to the plaintiff or the plaintiffs.
“The plaintiff asked the defendants to form a team to distribute compensation to the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs, namely Aremania supporters,” he explained.
The judge of the Kepanjen District Court has scheduled a trial for the lawsuit on November 24, 2022, with a hearing scheduled for checking the plaintiff and the defendant.
“The judge will check on the plaintiff, whether it is true that he represents Aremania or not. At the same time, all the defendants are listed in the lawsuit,” he said.
