For the first time since August 31, Juventus have closed a game as the winner. Bologna was no match for Juventus: 3-0. Thanks to the win, Juve puts an end to a black period of 5 games in a row without a win.
Juve coach Allegri will be pleased that September is over. Jueventus could not win a single game in that month: 2 defeats in the Champions League and 2 draws and a defeat in Serie A.
But in October it will work. Felipe Kostic, who came over from Frankfurt last summer, opened the scoring with a crossed shot. For the Serb it was his first goal in the shirt of Juve.
After the break, the strikers decided the game. First Vlahovic nodded the double lead against the net and moments later Milik scored with a bomb of a volley. Juventus can breathe a sigh of relief thanks to the victory, even if it follows leaders Napoli and Atalanta by 7 points.
