Jorge ‘El Coco’ Ramoa is the interim coach appointed by Atlético Bucaramanga to manage the team for the rest of the season, after the departure of Armando ‘El Piripi’ Osma.
“The president told me that he needs someone who identifies with the club to shake his hand. First we talked about directing the next two dates. So that at this time the boards make the best decision of who will be the coach who arrives, in no way I will be the one who stays,” said Ramoa.
This would be the fifth time that the historic former player assumes an internship with the ‘Leopardo’ club. Until now, Ramoa had been working in the city’s sports press.
“It is very difficult to do many things in a short time. I will seek to improve the offensive. With a lot of order,” he maintains ahead of the game against La Equidad.
It is not yet confirmed who will accompany Jorge Ramoa as assistant and physical trainer. This Tuesday the new interim technical director will meet the squad of players on the training day.
“I hope to meet the players who are willing to give everything for this shirt, I want to convey that to the members of the team first of all. I ask the fans to support me, to understand this situation and also give a hand to the institution,” concluded Ramoa.
