Broncos suffers significant decline

After adding two straight wins (Texans and 49ers), the Broncos lost to the Las Vegas Raiders 32-23 in the last round. In return, Russell Wilson was in great shape: Had 17 of 25 completed passes for 237 yards and two touchdowns, as well as noting another rushing touchdown. However, Denver received some sad news: running back Javonte Williams tore anterior and medial collateral ligaments in his right knee. Important in the land game, the injury leaves him out of the rest of the season.

Colts oscillates in the season

Even beating the Kansas City Chiefs, one of the favorites for the title in Week 3, the Colts did not maintain their positive streak. Last week, Indianapolis lost to the AFC South’s direct rivals, the Tennessee Titans, by 24-17. At the time, the team was at a disadvantage by 24-3, but printed a reaction with two touchdowns from Matt Ryan to tight end Mo-Allie Cox. A fumble and a missed field goal ended the Colts’ momentum in the game. Against the Broncos, running back Jonathan Taylor and defenders Julian Blackmon, Shaquille Leonard and Tyquan Lewis are all absent due to injury issues.
