The men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto, perform in an exhibition match after the final of the Indonesia International Challenge 2022 at GOR Amongrogo, Yogyakarta, October 2, 2022.

BOLASPORT.COM – The Indonesian men’s doubles pair, Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto, are relieved after the relationship between their teammate Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo and head coach Herry Iman Pierngadi has recovered.

Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo and Herry Iman Pierngadi had an argument.

The alleged rift between the two important figures in the Indonesian men’s doubles emerged when Herry IP did not accompany Kevin and his partner, Marcus Fernaldi Gideon, during the 2022 World Championships.

Instead, the men’s doubles assistant coach, Aryono Miranat, and the women’s singles coach as well as the Head of the Development and Achievement Division of PP PBSI, Rexy Mainaky, were present on the sidelines.

Investigate, Kevin was apparently disappointed with the criticism that Herry IP had publicly conveyed regarding his attitude at the Indonesia Open 2022.

“If there’s a problem, ask Kevin. I don’t have a problem because Kevin doesn’t want to train with me,” said Herry IP some time ago, reported by Kompas.com.

“Kevin who doesn’t want to train with me,” said the man who has handled Indonesian men’s doubles for more than two decades.

Fortunately, PBSI immediately mediated between Herry IP and Kevin Sanjaya.

The press conference by presenting the two was held by PBSI on Friday (30/9/2022), four days after the bad news emerged to the public.
