The 10th anniversary of the opening of the station Introducing the charm of the junior team
The radio program “Ebisu BB”, which supports junior basketball in Saga Prefecture, has started on Saga City’s community FM “Ebisu FM”. Elementary and junior high school players will appear and introduce the team’s activities and attractions along with the coaches and players of the Saga Ballooners of the B League Division 2 (B2). It airs every other Friday at 5:00 pm for 55 minutes.
With the cooperation of Ballooners, the program began broadcasting on September 9 as a program commemorating the 10th anniversary of the station’s opening. On the 23rd broadcast, Honjo Men’s Mini Basketball Club (Saga City) Aito Nomaguchi, Yuma Katsuki, and director Yoshihisa Nagata appeared.
The two captains introduced the team’s strengths, saying, “We are a team that can score points by working hard together.” Yoichi Motoyasu, the head coach of the Ballooners U18, advised, “It’s most important to love basketball when playing.” U18 players also participated.
