Christophe Lemaitre reorganizes his staff for Paris 2024

The French sprinter has set up a new project in order to do well at the Olympic Games in France.

At 32, Christophe Lemaitre still believes in his chances of performing at the highest level after a disappointing season, disrupted by injuries. The “TGV de Culoz” has reorganized its staff for the 2024 Olympics under the leadership of Manuel Reynaert, a former sprinter.

The Haut-Savoyard will rely on two pillars: a training staff, firstly, made up of Anaïs Mougeot for high-intensity sprinting and daily training, supported by Richard Cursaz (director of territorial performance at the FFA) and Pierre Carraz, historical coach of Christophe, Frédéric Gazeau for land conditioning. A state-of-the-art medical institution in the field of sports sciences: the Hôpital de La Tour (Geneva, Switzerland), then. This team, backed by its expertise and geared towards excellence, is headed by François Fourchet, head of the physiotherapy department and co-head of the “Health and Performance” department with Dr. Boris Gojanovic, who will take care of the medical follow-up of Christophe, as well as their interdisciplinary team of specialists dedicated to reconstruction, return to form and optimization of athletic performance.
