Charley Hull wins The Ascendant LPGA, Céline Boutier 9th

In Texas, on the course of The Colony, it was finally Charley Hull who won The Ascendant LPGA this Sunday. The English returned a last card of 64 (-7). Hull recorded on his card no less than 8 birdies for only one bogey. With a total score of -18, the Solheim Cup player is one step ahead of Xiyu Lin. A victory that allows Hull to lift its second trophy on the LPGA, the first since November 2016.

« I did a good job this year. A few weeks ago with my trainer we identified what I had to work on to re-enter the circle of winners. I could have made a few more birdies but some just missed the hole. I am very proud of myself. »

On the French side, Céline Boutier, yet 3rd before the last lap, is back. The 15th player in the world signed a score of 72 (+1) on Sunday. The Habs finished 9th. Behind, Pauline Roussin is 42nd (Par), Céline Herbin 59th (+4).
