‘Charles De Ketelaere makes lightning transfer’

Charles De Ketelaere decorated his dream transfer in the summer, because he eventually moved from Club Brugge to AC Milan for a base amount of 32 million euros. That transition was difficult, because the negotiations between the clubs were very difficult. That is also the least that can be said of the 21-year-old Red Devil’s first months with the Italian champion.

Much is expected of De Ketelaere in Milan, but for the time being he has not been able to meet those expectations. After fifteen games, he has still not scored and has only one assist to his name. In recent weeks, he has been heavily addressed in the Italian media and even after his substitute against Torino on Sunday evening, there was again criticism.

For the time being, the transfer of De Ketelaere is therefore not a success and that ensures that there are already privateers on the coast. According to Calciomercatoweb Newcastle United, the current number four in the Premier League, wants to take advantage of the young attacker’s malaise and plans to make a €30 million offer in January to once again redeem De Ketelaere and Milan.

NO CHANCE

Despite the difficult start, the chance that Milan will want to cooperate in a transfer seems nil. The club still believes in CDK’s potential and qualities and realizes that he will need time to digest the Jupiler Pro League’s big step to the top of Serie A. They also saw that in the recent past, other boy signings such as Rafael Leão and Sandro Tonali initially had a hard time, but then grew into absolute star players in the team. So they still expect De Ketelaere to follow the same path.
