Because: The young man pulls a box out of his trousers, in which a red toy cow is inside. The fiancée-to-be doesn’t find that funny at all: she gives him a hard smack! She then utters an unquotable curse, dumps her drink on him, and runs away.
It is quite possible that the young woman is acting a little hasty here. Because: In the other trouser pocket you can see a second box. The toy ring was probably just a planned gag for the application.
