Sport and health, a perfect combination. The activities of the “Gruppo Center nel Parco” of Trecenta continue.
Specifically, the group organized an event in collaboration with the Rovigo Archers Group, going to the archery field located in Sarzano. At the event Cecilia Casaro, a teacher of motor science and an expert in physical preparation, was supported by Cristina Casaro and Felice Ghiraldini.
Despite a not particularly sunny day, the organizers confirm that the turnout of participation in the shooting range was good and the Rovigo Archers have provided appropriate explanations on the ancient discipline of archery, and also on the importance of preparing the body in the best possible way to start “pulling”; there was also an illustration of the tool to use to hit the target. Following, there was the performance of the most experienced archers, some of international fame. Those present were given the opportunity to make some shots, always under the watchful eye of the most expert archers, who supervised for the safe performance of the test.
The archery courses in winter are held in the gymnasium of Granzette. At the end of the day, the Center nel Parco group sincerely thanked Arcieri Rovigo for the hospitality received, the teacher Cecilia Casaro, all with an invitation to the next recreational-sporting event organized by the active Trecenta group.
