Archery. The Meurthe-et-Mosellans celebrate

FranCe Beursault Championships

In Gagny

After the last two editions canceled due to covid, the French Beursault championship made its comeback this weekend on the Gagny launch pad (Seine-Saint-Denis). With a dozen medals including one in gold for the Sarrebourgeois Nathan Koulmann in minimal, the Lorraine archers pulled out of the game.

The Meurthe-et-Mosellans were particularly happy, like the Seichanaises Margaux and Marie Valtat, second respectively in junior and cadet recurve. The Einville-au-Jard club also managed a nice double in minimal recurve with second place for Euralie Charpentier and third for Manon Louis. Alexandre Juncker (Conflans-en-Jarniysy) for his part won the silver in junior compound bow, just ahead of Meusien Jean Douge (Ligny-en-Barrois).

The harvest could have been even better but the Dombaslois Lucie Balazot and Emmanuel Masson did not go far from the podium with a fourth and a fifth place in juniors and seniors 2 recurve.
