980 people will make up the San Juan delegation

Participation in the National Evita Games generates great expectation in athletes. Once the provincial stage is over, with those classified already training and waiting for the trip, the hours are shortened until the departure to the happy city, where a new edition of the most important and far-reaching games of our province will be held from October 24 to 29 .

Top San Juan athletes in the High Performance went through the National Evita Games, such the cases of Maribel Aguirre, Santiago Sanchez, Kevin Castro, Abril Capdevila, Magalí Balmaceda and Ludmila Aguirre in cycling; Bruno Lima, Matías Sanchez and Manuel Armoa in volleyball; Agustín Bugallo in hockey, Thomas Castañeda in aquathlon or Mateo Maldonado, a prominent San Juan velerist who participated in the Evita in swimming.

San Juan is preparing its delegation, which will be made up of 520 youth athletes, 49 from adapted sports, and with them teachers, coaches, logistics personnel and a press team, totaling the 980 personas. They will depart next Sunday the 23rd at 6:00 p.m. from Parque Belgrano (May 25 between Las Heras and Avenida España), where they will be transferred to the happy city in 19 long-distance buses.

The delegation will finish competing on Saturday the 29th, returning to the province on Sunday the 30th of October.
