We played golf (and chatted) with Dani García in Sotogrande

Danny Garcia He is out of series. A chef Michelin that is overcome day by day and that, inevitably, for one reason or another, on many occasions has ended up being the protagonist in our magazine. Well, this time, we can assure you that it is not just another interview. At COOL, we were fortunate to be able to interview the renowned Marbella chef far removed from his usual world between stoves. After the harshest confinement, Dani García would begin to become interested in golf, a sport that he now practices and enjoys and that is for him an ideal way to disconnect from the routine. And, if we combine this recent hobby of this illustrious chef and businessman with a good cause, the equation becomes perfect. Our meeting with him takes place in the exclusive Sotogrande, in The Reserve Golf Clubwhere the founder of restaurants such as the new Italian ‘Alelí’ or the now traditional ‘Lobito de Mar’, met to play a charity tournament with the ‘Seve Ballesteros Foundation’ -a charity association led by Carmen Ballesteros Botín , daughter of the now deceased golfer Seve Ballesteros- who, through different initiatives, raises funds to help children with cancer.
