After an unfortunate own goal, Patrik Wålemark recovered excellently in the game with Go Ahead Eagles. The Swede was important in Feyenoord’s goals with two assists and watched with joy as his team managed to recover the deficit.
“Of course it’s never fun to score an own goal within two minutes,” Wålemark told Feyenoord Media. “It was just very unfortunate. I tried to block the shot and this made the ball fly in, while Justin went the other way. Very unfortunate, but it can happen.”
