VfL Wolfsburg: No further transfers in the short term

Training starts on January 3rd, only then will I talk to the trainer more intensively about possible personal details, ”said Rebbe.

The 38-year-old former assistant to the former sports director Klaus Allofs took over managerial responsibility until further notice after his departure in mid-December. Only on Christmas Eve did VfL announce the sale of Draxler to Paris St. Germain for at least 42 million euros. According to the Rebbe, it is “completely open” whether at least part of this sum will be used for a new offensive player.
