The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd. donated basketball to eight Hyogo Prefectural high schools | Nishinomiya Stokes

Nishinomiya Stokes has announced a new project called “Donation of Basketballs to Schools” as part of its comprehensive partnership agreement with Hyogo Prefecture. This project focuses on the problem of outdated basketballs and bibs for elementary, junior high and high schools in the prefecture, and cooperates with Stokes partners to donate the necessary equipment.

With the support of The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd., we have been able to donate new balls to eight Hyogo Prefectural high schools in Nishinomiya City.

At the halftime of the pre-season game held on August 31 (Wednesday), Mr. Motohiko Saito, Governor of Hyogo Prefecture, Mr. Shigekazu Munakata, General Manager of Kobe General Branch of Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Kyoto and Kobe Corporate Sales of Dai-ichi Life Insurance Co., Ltd. The donation ceremony was attended by Mr. Satoto Yanagihara, director, Mr. Shota Konno, ambassador of Nishinomiya Stokes Conest, and the basketball club of Nishinomiya Kita High School.

With the new ball in hand, the members of the basketball club made positive comments such as, “I want to practice hard with the new ball.” We will deliver equipment such as bibs to promote sports.
