Swan falls 24 places lower in the ATP ranking

Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz has become the leader of the world ranking after winning the US Open Championship, who has moved up three positions. The Norwegian Kaspers Ruud climbed to the second place, experiencing an increase of five places. The Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal has retained the third place, the former neutral athlete Daniil Medvedev and the German tennis player Alexander Zverev have experienced a drop of three places, the Greek Stefan Tsips and the Serbian Novak Djokovic have one place. Briton Cameron Norrie is one place higher than before, neutral athlete Andrejs Rublyov is two, while Hubert Hurkacz from Poland has retained tenth place.

Latvia’s number one in the doubles ranking, Štrombach, has dropped five places (729th), Ozoliņš has lost seven positions (856th). After a break in professional tennis, Miķelis Lībietis moved up 634 places in the ATP doubles ranking (shared 1388th), while Rocēns slipped nine places lower (1401st).
