Quindío contributes five athletes to the South American Games in Asunción

There are five Quindian athletes who will be part of the Colombian delegation that will compete in the XII South American Games in Asunción, Paraguay, between October 1 and 15.

Lina María Raga Prieto, in triathlon; Gerard Nicolás Giraldo Villa, in athletics; Maria Yulieth Pérez Tangarife, in badminton; Clara Juliana Guerrero Londoño, in bowling; and Sérika Gulumá, in cycling, will contribute to the aspirations of the Colombian Olympic team.

7,000 athletes from the 15 member countries of the South American Sports Organization (Odesur) finalize details of preparation to perform on the Guarani stages.

The South American fairs will face Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Uruguay, Panama, Curacao, Suriname, Peru, Bolivia, Guyana, Aruba, Paraguay and Venezuela.
