Guipuzcoan dominance in the 22nd edition of this popular race with start and finish in Lazkao
Guipuzcoan dominance in the 22nd edition of the Josetxo Imaz Memorial, which this year departed from Lazkao and arrived in the same town. The local Iraia Mendia and the San Sebastian native Ander Sagarzazu were the fastest to complete the ten kilometer route that also passed through Beasain and Ordizia.
In the women’s category, Iraia Mendia completed the test in 34:33 minutes, with an advantage of six minutes over Estibaliz Guijarro (40:53) and Lourdes Colomo (41:00), second and third classified respectively.
In the men’s classification, Ander Sagarzazu from San Sebastian was the fastest with a time of 30:57 minutes, followed by Unai Ibarra (31:04) and Aitor Mimenza (31:17).
