Despite winning by a score so heavily, Ajax Amsterdam player, Mohammed Kudus, claimed that it was not the real Die Amsterdammer. He asked his friends not to get caught up in the victory.
“This is just the first match. This is only the beginning,” said Kudus, quoted from the UEFA website, Thursday (8/9/2022).
The 22-year-old player does not want to think about the strength of Napoli and Liverpool, who are Ajax’s next opponents. So, his team nicknamed de Godenzonen only focuses on building his strength.
“We focus on ourselves. We are on top. We continue to work and continue to do more,” he said.
