Since the end of his professional career, the 45-year-old Mayweather has had several model fights and this weekend he will again step into the ring in Japan to meet the Japanese MMA star Mikuru Asakura.
“I don’t know yet whether it will be a real fight or a mock fight,” Mayweather told the Daily Mail. “I’d rather have a mock fight.”
As a possible venue for the fight, Mayweather has indicated the Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders club of the National American Football League (NFL).
The boxer himself has said that his fee will be at least 100 million US dollars.
Mayweather had 50 fights during his career and won all of them, winning the world title 11 times in five weight categories.
