After the success of the first stages of the National Grand Prix Es.B in Riccione and Lodi, where the company qualified in first position as a women’s club in the Italian competition, the young talents took part in the fourth stage of the national category circuit held in Olbia. on 24 and 25 September, adding other medals to the Braidese club.
Excellent was the performance of Vitale Simone, category -66kg, who after a performance without errors, finally manages to win his first gold medal at the national circuit competition, the only color he lacked in those previously won in the past stages . The athlete won 4 fights demonstrating his technical superiority, finishing each match before the limit. The result leads him to confirm the second place in the Es.B national ranking, snatching the pass for the national finals in Rome.
Good was the performance of Federico Labate, ranked 3rd in the -81kg category. A good starting point for him who, managing to win 1 match out of 3, climbs to the lowest step of the podium by winning his first national level medal. This result brings him into the top 10 of the Italian ranking of the category.
More unfortunate was Mattia Ariano who in the first meeting, after taking the lead over his opponent, loses for a small distraction that precludes the race, leaving him off the podium. The boy still has great technical skills that will emerge over time.
Sunday was women’s day, Cavaglià Marika (-63kg) and Macis Jennifer (-57kg), who confirmed their superiority by winning this national competition as well, qualifying in first place in their respective categories.
The girls confirm the first position in the Italian Ranking List by beating both all opponents, demonstrating technical qualities superior to the other athletes. With this result, both girls snatch the pass for the National Finals in Rome.
