The 59th Jeollabuk-do Provincial Sports Festival, a sports festival for Jeollabuk-do residents, will be held for three days, starting with the opening ceremony at Chunhyanggol Sports Complex in Namwon-si at 8 pm on the 2nd.

6,874 athletes and 1,126 executives will participate in 37 sports.
As an additional event, the 61st Jeolla Arts Festival (1st to 4th) and Namwon ‘愛’ Makgeolli Festival (2nd to 3rd) are also held.
Namwon City will open Gwanghalluwon and Chunhyang Theme Park free of charge during the sports competition period and extend it until late at night.
