In ManUnited victory: Cristiano Ronaldo brushes off selfie paramedic – FOOTBALL

The net is raging again against ManUnited superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (37)…

On Thursday, a young woman asked the Portuguese superstar for a photo during United’s away game with Moldovan Euro-League participants Sheriff Tiraspol (2-0) while walking into the dressing room.

But Cristiano refused the request! A video circulating around the web shows that the Portuguese just put out his hand to interpret a resounding “no”.

The woman, who was on the sidelines as a paramedic at the Euro-League game, then tried to grab Cristiano, but a spokeswoman stopped her.

Why Cristiano rejected the photo was incomprehensible to many fans online. Because: In the 2-0 win in the Europa League, the striker scored his first goal of the season, scoring a penalty just before the break (39th) for United to make it 2-0.

However, the renewed flash is very reminiscent of a similar situation in which the superstar once even slapped the cell phone out of the hand of an autistic boy.

After the 1-0 defeat against Everton in April 2021, the Manchester United superstar angrily trudged along the fans into the dressing room and knocked the phone out of the boy’s hand. Several footage of the incident were posted on Twitter.

The police then launched an investigation. Consequence for the superstar: a warning and a request to replace the boy’s cell phone.

A little later, Ronaldo publicly apologized for his “freak out”. On Instagram he wrote: “We are role models for all the young players who love this wonderful game.”

With the mother of the autistic boy, Sarah Kelly (37), there should still be a violent aftermath. Although Ronaldo phoned his mother to apologize, Cristiano’s side are said to have threatened more than apologized.

On the phone, Ronaldo always spoke of “the boy”, saying: “I know that the boy has problems.” Kelly’s answer: “He has no problems, he has a disability. You’re the one with problems.”

Ronaldo said he was sorry, but: “I didn’t do anything wrong.” He didn’t “kick, kill or hit” anyone. This upset Kelly, since he slapped her son’s hand away: “Isn’t that hurting anyone?”

At the end of the conversation, Ronaldo would have asked what she wanted from him. The mother’s answer: “Nothing. The police will sort it out.”

Kelly summarizes the call: “With the call, he had me questioning myself like we had done something wrong. He had stirred me up. I was in tears.”
