Held the 3rd Hwaseong City Mayor’s Badminton Competition –

[뉴스인오늘] The 3rd Hwaseong City Hall Badminton Tournament was held for two days from the 24th to the 25th at the Hwaseong Banwol Sports Center and Naraeul Badminton Court. It is estimated that about 700 club members participated in this competition hosted and supervised by the Hwaseong City Sports Association and the Hwaseong City Badminton Association.

The opening ceremony, held from 11 o’clock on the 25th, started with the opening declaration of Badminton Association President Jeong Young-mo, followed by commendation for sports meritorious people, congratulatory remarks from city council chairman Kim Kyung-hee, and congratulatory remarks from mayor of Hwaseong.

Badminton is one of the most popular sports for the general public because of its easy rules and easy access to people of all ages and genders.

Kim Kyung-hee, chairman of the conference, said, “There was a lot of hard work by many people, including the Hwaseong Badminton Association, until today’s tournament was held. Thank you.
