If you wear a full-face mask instead of glasses, turn the cap inside out so the flap of the cap isn’t touching your mask. In addition, the back of the cap (which is then in front) also immediately protects the forehead from ball impact.
The hats are one-size-fits-most and therefore almost always fit.
