The City Council of Binéfar has maintained this Wednesday a work meeting with the architect María Villar, representative of the company Villar San Pío Gestión de Proyectos SLprior to the drafting of the construction project for a new sports pavilion at the CDM El Segalar, which is addressed to improve the sports offer of this facility.
The mayor, Alfonso Adán, the Councilor for Sports, Juan Carlos García, and municipal technicians have transferred to the designer the main needs that are intended to be covered with the new pavilion, a space that is expected to help decongest the El Segala sports centerr which currently supports a large number of users, including badminton, futsal, basketball, Club Litera Montaña, judo and kickboxing clubs, in addition to the City Council’s own activities. The drafting of the project, which begins now, is the step prior to the tender of the work for which we will still have to wait.
The memory from which part the drafting of the project is committed to an open space with an area of 1,188 m² (27m long, 44m wide). with equipment for futsal, handball, basketball and badminton, although all these details will be outlined as the construction project progresses.
