The Rabo App and the Rabobank site on which customers can do internet banking were unusable for a while on Monday due to a malfunction. The problem was resolved around 12:45 PM.
Customers who opened the Rabo App received a message that some services were not available and could not use the app further.
A spokesperson for the Rabobank informs NU.nl that the first signals about a malfunction came in around 11.45 am.
At 12:45 p.m., the company reported that the outage had been resolved. According to the spokesperson, a technical problem was the cause. Further details about the outage have not been disclosed.
