The reduction will be applied, as allowed by state regulations, to Puertollano multi-trip tickets purchased until December 31, so each recharge of ten trips will go from having a cost of 4.50 to 3.15 euros, from 45 at 31 euro cents per trip, with a discount of 1.35 euros on each top-up.
The councilor for citizen security, Ana Belén Mazarro, argued that this bonus is applied within the measures adopted by the Government of Spain in order to ensure the sustainability of the transport sector and improve sustainable mobility.
Mazarro affirmed that taking into account the economic scenario in which we currently find ourselves and the persistence of uncertainties on an international scale, the need for the City Council to adopt measures aimed at promoting, ensuring and making the provision of the service sustainable has been raised. of urban public transport, by requesting the aid established by Royal Decree Law 11/2022, of June 25 for regional and local public administrations that apply discounts on transport passes and multi-trip tickets for transport within their jurisdiction.
