The Christmas Tournament is one of the few tournaments organized for young schoolchildren in Switzerland. The Judo Club Morges has been organizing it since 2013. Our event welcomes around 500 young fighters, and just over 2,000 spectators throughout Sunday. The tournament is organized every year shortly before Christmas. The objective is to allow the champions of tomorrow to discover competitive judo by measuring themselves against opponents of their age without any pressure. All fighters from 7 to 12 years old are accepted. Organized just before Christmas, the atmosphere is very festive, so that young and old have a great day. Santa Claus is present to present the medals to the young fighters.
