Buffalo Bills beat Los Angeles Rams at start

Dhe Buffalo Bills picked up an away win at Super Bowl winners Los Angeles Rams to start the NFL season and lived up to their role as title favorites. The team in the National Football League around quarterback Josh Allen, which is the highest traded by experts and betting providers, scored a clear 31:10 on Thursday evening (local time).

They spoiled the Rams’ first home game at SoFi Stadium since winning the Super Bowl at the same stadium in February. Even before the game, the banner for the title had been unveiled and cheered.

Miller’s Rams defense is missing

But after less than five minutes, the Bills were already in the lead at the end of their first attack phase. It was the first of three touchdown passes from Bills quarterback Josh Allen, plus another touchdown for the 26-year-old from a run of his own.

The Rams defense was happy about two intercepted passes and annoyed everyone with it, but without Von Miller, who had switched to the Bills, it was not at the level of last season and allowed the guests far too much, especially in the second half.

Without Odell Beckham Jr., who tore his cruciate ligament in the Super Bowl and whose future in the league is unclear, little went on the offensive for the defending champion. Cooper Kupp managed a touchdown and he caught 13 passes, but that wasn’t nearly enough. Quarterback Matthew Stafford made three passes and had to be knocked down five times.
