FC Twente will visit SC Heerenveen on Sunday afternoon in the Abe Lenstra Stadium and trainer Ron Jans will have to make do without Christos Tzolis.
The Greek wing attacker received a slap during training on Friday and is a ‘big question mark’ for Sunday, club watcher Leon ten Voorde van de Tubantia reports. If Tzolis is not available, Virgil Misidjan is his logical replacement. Misidjan already came in strong against AZ last Sunday and can therefore hope for a base place anyway.
FC Twente cannot yet have Michal Sadilek and Sem Steijn available on Sunday. The latter has still not recovered sufficiently from the concussion he suffered two weeks ago against FC Volendam. Sadilek is still struggling with a groin injury. Julio Pleguezuelo made his comeback this week in a closed practice match against FC Groningen.
